Our Meat

Wensleydales make wonderful meat with a full flavour usually between 10 and 18 months. We are fortunate in having small, local abattoir only 3 miles away Contact us for availability and look on www.muttonrenaissance.co.uk too. The sheep skins are treated professionally at Fenland Sheepskins in Somerset who are experts in handling the delicate fibres. Once you have hugged a Wensleydale sheepskin rug you will be spoilt for anything else.
